• Permita que la cera se derrita hasta el borde de la vela cada vez que se queme para evitar la formación de túneles.
• Mantenga las velas alejadas de las corrientes de aire para garantizar una combustión limpia y sin humo.
• Use un apagador de mecha para apagar una vela sin hollín ni humo.
• Deje de encender una vela cuando quede menos de 1/4" de cera.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must:

✅ Be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
✅ Have the lace uncut and intact.
✅ Be free of any styling products, odors, or damages (e.g, no heat styling, no hair dye).
✅ Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Conditions

❌ Lace has been cut or altered in any way.

❌ Wig has been worn, styled, washed, or tampered with.

❌ The return request is made after the 7-day trial period. 

❌ Tags, original packaging are removed
